SHARK (Secure Handheld Athlete Record Keeping) Docs is an app created by Athletic Trainers, for Athletic Trainers.

A mobile solution for Athletic Trainers and their documentation/injury case management needs.

SOAP Notes

SHARK Docs offers the user SOAP Note templates that are specific to each part of the body. The friendliness of check-boxes and yes/no options limit the amount of narrative text and overall time needed to thoroughly document injuries and illnesses. Users can also use the “configure assessment” option to customize their SOAP Note templates.

Quick Notes

The Quick Note offers the user a narrative function to update an existing case, document conversations with patients and physicians, and add any notes that pertain to a patient’s case. All users who have access to the “Siri” tool on their device can also verbally dictate their narrative notes.


Status Reports

Communicate the playing status of your patients to coaches and add any playing restrictions or general comments pertaining to a patient’s status.


Discharge Notes

Close out a patient’s case with a Discharge Note outlining treatment goals that were met and appropriate clearances that are on file.

Export, Print, and Email Reports

All data can be exported into well-organized PDF reports that can be printed and/or emailed as an attachment.
